Best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time! New owners last 6 months. Offer a range of items including smaller pieces of fish and it’s all done very well. Has lifted the shop since it’s been bought and I will be back with my partner! Owner was extremely helpful with my order and the food was very fresh!! Chicken salt on chips, fresh fish, prawns and calamari! I’ll be back to try the juicy roast pork banh mi, for sure.

came here numerous times already (dine in, takeaways) whenever i visit the chemist. no issues with my experience, but i've never tried ordering online, lucky enough to always catch them at a quiet time though so super nice staff and good service!! prices are alright, similar to carvery places. aside from the cod fish, my favorites are the sea scallop, prawn cutlet, and calamari looking forward to trying to vietnamese dishes next recommended this place to my schoolmates and friends, will definitely come back

Pipis Seafood has a great range of all things fish & chippery! Owners are very friendly people who serve up very nice food, best Pork Banh Mi I have ever had. Calamari and chicken spring rolls were just awesome as was the viet iced coffee. Only a small shop with limit seating but one you should definitely visit.

Updated reviewed: August 2024 What a turnaround for this place. The new owners are amazing and the food has improved a lot. Highly recommend this place now. Updated review: September 2023 Gave this place a 2nd and 3rd chance and the service and food were good. The restaurant also looks better after the owners painted. Portions and prices are excellent. Battered fish could be better if the batter was lighter and not doughy. April 2022 2/5 Convenient but not fresh seafood. Prices are ok. Service is fast. The restaurant gets busy at Friday and Sunday night. A few tables to sit inside and outside.

Pipis has fantastic food. Fish is fresh and the calamari and prawns were lovely and tender. Portion sizes are very generous. Owner Edward is delightful and friendly. We will definitely be back again and again. Will be trying the banh mi on our next visit!

The food is great and well cooked. My chips had the right amount of salt. Prices are also ok. Service is also quick and the couple running the place is nice. I would definitely go back here again. Just be aware if you are planning to eat here that this place is mostly for takeaway as the store only has two tables.

Fantastic food great for lunch. Great fish burger Lovely polite people. Not the first time I’ve been here, not the last. Good value and beats McDonald’s.
